The NDAA topic is very bad, at its very best. Allegedly, there are also provisions to federally “deputize” contractors and sub-contractors, which would be a reversal of America’s longstanding position against the use of mercenaries for any reason.
Rendition also, which would come into effect, just as the Italian citizens of Canada in World War-II, were held in death camps and speculation of Italian-Americans that were picked up by the US government were sent to Canada however, no supporting documentation pro or con, has ever been made public and only verbal denials and an immediate shift of subject.
Regarding 2013 litigation of NDAA, it will require the Left leaning people and groups to assist because they too in a scenario of tyrannical rule, are targets. So maybe the liberals are of value in a role other than sailboat ballast or door chocks.
To be certain, Obama wants to be Hitler, and those around him are only all too willing to assist him in any way possible, either lawfully or unlawfully. The CIA, remains covert and needs a little slack given because they just might, possibly, be working in America’s best interest but remains mute and secretive, while absorbing insults which they may not deserve. It is a possibility. I see a number of failures there but I have no input.
