Joe had simply reposted an article written by Kevin Jackson – a conservative black man.
Ooops. Megyn Kelly owes Joe an apology. But as far as i’m concerned, that wouldn’t be the end of it. This could be very problematic for Ms. Kelly because, if she were to admit to her error, she will then have to either:
- Call Kevin Jackson (a black man) a racist for writing the article in question, or
- NOT call Kevin Jackson (a black man) a racist for writing the article in question.
Now, unless Ms. Kelly can explain why it WAS racist when a white man had authored the article but NOT racist when a black man had authored the article (which would expose some of her own racial biases), she has no other choice but to step on a politically incorrect landmine and call a black man a racist.
Good luck with that Megyn.
Until she corrects the record on this, i will not be watching anymore of her broadcasts. Pass this story around.

In case you missed it, Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, who apparently fancies herself more as a factory wall pin-up than a credible news source, recently attacked Joe the Plumber calling him a racist for an article that she wanted the public to think he had written titled, “America Needs a White Republican President” which was in fact written by Kevin Jackson, who is only slightly lighter than am I.
But there sat Kelly, in all her insult-feigned glory, railing about how deplorable Joe was for writing such an insulting, insensitive, and racist article. But as I stated in the above paragraph, Joe the Plumber who is white did not write the article; Kevin Jackson who is black wrote the article. Joe simply reposted it.
[ . . . ]
Kelly is a shameful example of how the media tries to undermine true conservatives by either ignoring them or falsely accusing them. There is no question but that Kelly knew Joe had not written the article. There is absolutely no way her researchers would not have informed her of same. My personal assistant and researcher would never permit me to make such a mistake. It simply is not an option.

Watch video below. NYPD lets Muslims break laws ordinary citizens would ordinarily face extensive punitive damages for, simply because they are Muslims.
This description via LiveLeak.com – NYC parking cop- “we do not ticket if wurshepin” (source of original video):
I came out to find my legally parked van blocked in by illegally parked cabs. I asked a wandering traffic cop to give the cab a ticket since he was making me late for my next appointment. I was told, we are not allowed to ticket the taxis because they were worshiping in the mosque around the corner. There was no way for me to leave and I had my worker on the click as well. This is particularly infuriating because if I let my meter expire 1 minute for ANY reason, I am guaranteed a $130 ticket from these cocksucker. If I said I was praying in a church they would also laugh out loud as they wrote me a non dismissable ticket. Sorry for my somewhat racist and incorrect outburst about it being a day before the anniversary of 9/11. I was pretty twisted with these pricks

The February 2012 shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martion might never have happened if school officials in Miami-Dade County had not instituted an unofficial policy of treating crimes as school disciplinary infractions. Revelations that emerged from an internal affairs investigation explain why Martin was not arrested when caught at school with stolen jewelry in October 2011 or with marijuana in February 2012. Instead, the teenager was suspended from school, the last time just days before he was shot dead by George Zimmerman.
Trayvon Martin was not from Sanford, the town north of Orlando where he was shot in 2012 and where a jury acquitted Zimmerman of murder charges Saturday. Martin was from Miami Gardens, more than 200 miles away, and had come to Sanford to stay with his father’s girlfriend Brandy Green at her home in the townhouse community where Zimmerman was in charge of the neighborhood watch. Trayvon was staying with Green after he had been suspended for the second time in six months from Krop High School in Miami-Dade County, where both his father, Tracy Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, lived.
Both of Trayvon’s suspensions during his junior year at Krop High involved crimes that could have led to his prosecution as a juvenile offender. However, Chief Charles Hurley of the Miami-Dade School Police Department (MDSPD) in 2010 had implemented a policy that reduced the number of criiminal reports, manipulating statistics to create the appearance of a reduction in crime within the school system. Less than two weeks before Martin’s death, the school system commended Chief Hurley for “decreasing school-related juvenile delinquency by an impressive 60 percent for the last six months of 2011.” What was actually happening was that crimes were not being reported as crimes, but instead treated as disciplinary infractions.
In October 2011, after a video surveillance camera caught Martin writing graffiti on a door, MDSPD Office Darryl Dunn searched Martin’s backpack, looking for the marker he had used. Officer Dunn found 12 pieces of women’s jewelry and a man’s watch, along with a flathead screwdriver the officer described as a “burglary tool.” The jewelry and watch, which Martin claimed he had gotten from a friend he refused to name, matched a description of items stolen during the October 2011 burglary of a house on 204th Terrace, about a half-mile from the school. However, because of Chief Hurley’s policy “to lower the arrest rates,” as one MDSPD sergeant said in an internal investigation, the stolen jewerly was instead listed as “found property” and was never reported to Miami-Dade Police who were investigating the burglary. Similarly, in February 2012 when an MDSPD officer caught Martin with a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana pipe, this was not treated as a crime, and instead Martin was suspended from school.
Either of those incidents could have put Trayvon Martin into the custody of the juvenile justice system. However, because of Chief Hurley’s attempt to reduce the school crime statistics — according to sworn testimony, officers were “basically told to lie and falsify” reports — Martin was never arrested. And if he had been arrested, he might never have been in Sanford the night of his fatal encounter with Zimmerman.
In fact, the reason Zimmerman was patrolling the townhouse community the night of the February 2012 shooting was that there had been a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood, although there was no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any of those crimes.
As for Chief Hurley’s policy, it was the controversy over Martin’s death that accidentally exposed it. In March 2012, the Miami Herald reported on Martin’s troubled history of disciplinary incidents at Krop High. Chief Hurley then launched the internal affairs investigation in an attempt to find out who had provided information to the reporter. During the course of that investigation, MDSPD officers and supervisors described Chief Hurley’s policy of not reporting crimes by students. Chief Hurley was subsequently accused of sexually harassing two female subordinates. He resigned in February, about a year after Trayvon Martin’s death.

I’m afraid to admit that I agree with famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz that the entire prosecutorial team in the trial of George Zimmerman should be disbarred, that they broke every standard rule of our jurisprudence system and falsely accused Zimmerman of second-degree murder, only after the race bait industry unleashed their soulless fury and threats upon Sanford, Fla. If ever there were a more blatant, ill conceived, race-driven prosecution, I am not aware of it.
Sure, all thinking people are very relieved that George Zimmerman was found not guilty by the intelligent, justice-driven women of the jury, in spite of the façade presented by the prosecution and forced by the threat of racism by everyone from President Obama, to Eric Holder, the New Black Panther gangstas, NAACP, excuse makers of every stripe and even the governor of Florida, but still this innocent man who simply defended his life from a violent, life-threatening, bloodying, head-and-face slamming attack by an enraged black man-child has so wrongly paid an inexplicable price financially and emotionally.
The parents of Trayvon Martin get a huge million-dollar-plus payoff from the gated community just to shut them up, and so obviously to fend off the ambulance chaser racist lawyers for the simple fact that their son was guilty of a vicious, violent attack on a man for no good reason whatsoever.
What did the gated community have to do with any of it? Where is a judge capable of making a justice call in this travesty? Does anyone care at all anymore?
The entire system is screwed up.
But George Zimmerman and his entire family, innocent of any wrongdoing, have lost everything and will be in debt for a long, long time for having to fight the trumped-up charges that he “profiled” and/or set out to murder the poor, helpless, dope-smoking, dope-peddling, gangsta wannabe, Skittles hoodie boy.
Dear God in heaven, what has happened to our country and our embarrassing anti-justice court system? I thought judges had ascended to the position of making justice-oriented judgment calls on behalf of the law and We the People they serve. I was wrong.
The mindless hue and cry from Martin’s supporters goes beyond the pale as they wail and squeal that the same thing could happen to their children. Really? You haven’t taught your children not to attack people? If your children don’t attack people, or hang out with the dopers or the gangsta crowd, this simply could not and will not happen to them.
On the other hand, if you fail miserably as a parent and do not teach your children basic politeness and responsible behavior, what happens in the realm of irresponsible, racist behavior could indeed imperil their well-being.
If you haven’t taught your children that non-blacks shouldn’t be referred to as “creepy a– crackers,” then you have exposed your children to trouble just waiting to happen.
It really is just that simple.
